How Can sharp Burning Pain In The Hip Be Treated?

I was receiving a blood draw and upon injection, a shooting, burning pain hit me from about the middle of my forearm to the base of my thumb. Several days have passed and now anytime I extend or stretch that arm, I continue to get the burning pain? Your thoughts please?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
